Though Pine Tree Homes was established a little more than a decade ago in 1985 there is a long lasting history of quality builders in the Abrantes family which is now entering its third generation of renowned builders. The Tradition started more than half a century ago when Jose Abrantes was a true Master Builder in Portugal. Years after though, Tony Abrantes strayed from the family path as a laboratory technician, he soon followed his natural instinct and built his first home in Canada in 1977 Phil Abrantes has recently entered as the third generation and is truly bringing a new and exciting look to Pine Tree Homes. After studying Architecture at Ryerson Polytechnical University and specializing in Project Management, his expertise is obvious in recent exciting designs.

Over the past decades Pine Tree Homes has built 100's of Quality Homes in the London area, each one receiving personal care and attention from Tony Abrantes who builds every home as if it were his own. This has been evident through Pine Tree's Double Gold Star Rating for 10 consecutive years of excellent customer service from the Ontario New Home Warranty Program. Over the years Pine Tree Homes has built all sorts and sizes of homes, from small starter homes, to large detailed executive homes, to luxury one floor condos.

Pine Tree Homes has been a member of the London Home Builders Association for the past 10 years. Throughout the years Pine Tree has built an excellent reputation within the London building industry and has nourished long-lasting relationships with its suppliers, trades people and most of all their clients.
